  1. Last minute notes for QPict 1.0 941031.

  3. Since this is the first release version of QPict it is bound to contain some bugs.
  4. This version contains a few known bugs, these bugs are just estetical and should not
  5. be able to crash your computer. QPict 1.0 contains no known lethal bugs.

  7. Here are the known estetical bugs:

  9. • QPict sometimes reports wrong monitor depth in the info box. (silly)
  10.  
  11. • Sometimes QPict doesn't display pictures that are scaled to fit the screen. 
  12. This bug really annoys me and I could swear that it is not my fault, but I won't.
  13. This bug never show up on my old Mac II with QuickTime 1.6, but it does on
  14. my new LC630 with QuickTime 2.0. If anyone has come across this problem
  15. or can give me any hints please let me know. (irritating)

  17. • QPict sometimes missbehaves on the PowerMac series when QPict is switched to 
  18. the background. It draws the preview pictures on top of the desktop (aargh). I
  19. haven't been able to reproduce this bug often enough to fix it, so if you have a 
  20. PowerMac please let me know how QPict works. (strange)

  22. • The delete picture option in QPict migth have problems on the PowerMac. (not sure)

  24. • The Create Previews progress bar is ugly and not very exact. This is just lazyness 
  25. and will be fixed in the next version. (I've been busy)
